My Account

After registering, log in to your account and go to My Profile. From there you can add or update your personal information, educational background, family details, partner preferences, and upload photos. A complete, detailed profile gets significantly more responses from suitable matches.

Click on the Login button and then select "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account, and you will receive a reset link or OTP. Yes. Many members on Susral.com are registered by parents or siblings on behalf of their loved ones. When creating the profile, simply indicate that it is being managed by a family member. Please ensure all information entered is accurate and with the knowledge and consent of the person the profile is for.

Log in and go to My Profile → Upload Photo. You can upload a clear, recent photo. Please note that profiles with photos receive significantly more interest. Your photo is only visible to logged-in members, and you can control photo privacy settings from your account dashboard.

If you have found your match — congratulations! To delete or deactivate your account, go to Account Settings → Deactivate / Delete Profile. You can also temporarily hide your profile without deleting it. If you need help, contact us at info@susral.com and we will assist you promptly.

Searching & Matching

Use the Search feature on the homepage or navigation menu. You can filter profiles by gender, age range, city, province, country, education level, profession, caste, sect, and more. The more specific your filters, the more relevant the results. You can also use the Advanced Search for detailed matching criteria.

You can send an Interest / Rishta Request to any profile you like. If they accept your interest, you can then exchange contact details or messages. Full messaging and contact detail access requires a premium membership. This helps maintain quality and seriousness on the platform.

We encourage all members to submit verified information and profiles go through a basic review process. Members can also report fake or suspicious profiles, and our team takes swift action. Look for the Verified badge on profiles. We strongly recommend that families conduct their own due diligence as well before proceeding with any proposal.

Yes. Our search filters allow you to narrow down by city (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad), province, or country. You can search within Pakistan or for overseas Pakistanis in the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, and beyond. This is especially useful for families looking for local proposals or for overseas Pakistanis seeking matches back home.

Membership & Plans

Free members can register, create a profile, and browse proposals. Premium members get full access including: viewing contact numbers, sending direct messages, appearing at the top of search results, seeing who viewed their profile, and unlocking advanced search filters. Premium membership is highly recommended for serious searches.

We accept multiple convenient payment methods including bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards. For overseas members, international card payments are also supported. Contact our support team if you need help with a specific payment method.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated, as access to the platform is granted immediately. However, if you face a technical issue or are unsatisfied with a genuine billing error, please contact us at info@susral.com within 48 hours and we will review your case on an individual basis.

No. Memberships on Susral.com do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder notification before your membership expires, and you can choose to renew manually if you wish to continue with premium access.
