Basic access to Susral.com is free. Premium membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once access has been activated, except in cases of a genuine billing error reported within 48 hours.
Memberships do not auto-renew. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active memberships.

Susral.com shall not be held liable for any loss, harm, or dispute arising from interactions between members, whether online or offline. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.
Susral.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account — without prior notice — that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is reported by multiple members for misconduct.
You may delete your own account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your profile and data will be removed from the platform within a reasonable timeframe.

Any significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or a notice on the website.
